  • What is 25Hours’ unique selling point?
    25Hours empowers people who value time, to achieve more and do more with their limited time.
  • What is the validity of the membership?
    The membership is valid for as long as the account is active and subscription is ongoing. Membership is on an annual or monthly subscription basis.
  • What are the differences between 25Hours and other existing membership clubs?
    25Hours' key focus is empowering members who value time, to achieve more and do more with their limited time. We take an active approach in curation and verification, as opposed to the more passive approach of traditional clubs. We value Quality Experiences over the traditional focus on discounts. Our philosophy and different focus offers members a unique alternative to other membership clubs.
  • Is the membership transferable?
    No, the membership is non-transferable and you may not use your Membership to obtain benefits on behalf of another person who is not a Member. You are responsible for ensuring that no one else uses your Membership.
  • As a by-invite-only club, do I have to submit personal information to join?
    Unlike credit cards whose main criteria is solely based on income, our membership curation process is based on fit. We work with you to review your requirements, and if we feel like we are not able to deliver your requirements on a high level, we would rather tell you that we're not the right club for you, rather than disappointing you. Our community is our core and we work hard to ensure our members can benefit and contribute to the club.
  • Is 25Hours affiliated to any overseas club?
    We are currently not affiliated to any club offshore. However, we are looking to build a network of reciprocal clubs, lounges and spaces for our members to enjoy globally. We will release more information over time.
  • Who are your competitors?
    While we do not have any direct competitors, we often get compared to Concierges and Social Clubs like Tanglin Club, Mandala Club and Tower Club due to our community.
  • Where is 25Hours’ headquarters?
    25Hours HQ is based in Singapore. Due to its stability, there are no immediate plans to move the HQ as we aim to grow globally.
  • Do you have a physical space?
    25Hours is a digital private club that introduces new products via our members’ app. We do not have a physical space.
  • What is 25Hours?

We nurture and build a close-knit relationship with you by tailoring recommendations to your preferences and lifestyle. The private-club aims to foster a close-knit community of like-minded individuals that’s locally rooted and globally connected. Income qualifications will not automatically get members in the door; we look out for people with interesting experiences who can add value to the community.
  • Is your service available 24/7?
    While most of our key services function during office hours (9-6pm, Monday to Friday), our emergency help services continue to function 24/7.
  • Why isn’t there a physical space?
    25Hours was designed for individuals who enjoy freedom and find it hard returning to the same place time and time again. We do not compete with many traditional clubs that already offer physical spaces. Our members often use us to compliment their existing physical club memberships.
  • How much does the membership cost?
    The annual subscription fee is S$1620, and the monthly subscription fee is S$175. Prices stated are inclusive of GST (8%).
  • Is 25Hours only available in Singapore?
    Yes, at the moment 25Hours is only available in Singapore. However, the benefits and privileges extend beyond Singapore.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Members can cancel their membership anytime however please note our fees are not refundable. If you wish to terminate your membership, you may do so by providing a 1 month notice via email to 25Hours.
  • Is there a membership card?
    There is no physical membership card. However, your digital membership card is available through your 25hours mobile app.
  • What is the difference between monthly and annual membership sign-up?
    Annual members enjoy several elevated perks due to their upfront payment. Monthly members enjoy the same membership at a lower upfront cost.
  • Will I be able to redeem my privileges on-site?
    Yes, to enjoy the privileges provided by our dining, wellness and shopping partners, please present your 25Hours membership app upon arrival. Kindly refer to the specific terms and conditions for each membership privileges on the partner’s listing in our mobile app.
  • How can I redeem my 25Hours’ privileges?
    Please contact our membership service team for assistance.
  • How can the dedicated consultants assist me?
    Our dedicated consultants can help you with a range of services that help you save and maximise your time. From booking a coveted restaurant, daily essentials support to customising a personalised travel itinerary, your dedicated consultant works with you to streamline your life.
  • Will I be able to redeem my benefits on public holidays, weekends and after hours?
    Yes, unless otherwise stated. Prior reservations are recommended.
  • How do I activate my membership?
    Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive your login details via email to download the 25Hours app and access our members’ services.
  • Can I convert my membership from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription?
    Yes you may. Your new annual membership will begin once the current term ends. Your 25Hours points will continue to be valid.
  • Is there an age limit to join the membership?
    You must be at least 18 years old.
  • What is eStore?
    The 25Hours eStore is an exclusive online store for 25Hours members. Members can purchase specially curated items from 3 categories — time sales, the direct and livestream sales— via our members’ app.
  • What are the 3 eStore categories?
    Time sales: fastest fingers first. Enjoy a thrilling shopping experience and catch limited-time price reductions for selected items. The direct: shop in the comfort of your own home. With zero markup for all online merchandise, you can enjoy the best prices from our thoughtfully curated partners. Livestream sales: engage in private sales with luxury brands and gain access to special deals that will be unlocked during live video streams. Enjoy your favourite imports at the best price. 25Hours secures bulk order rates and allows members to earn rewards from each purchase.
  • What brands are available on the eStore?
    25Hours works with a variety of brand partners. We bring in both popular, established brands and unique, off-radar brands to give our members the luxury of choice.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via visa, mastercard and amex credit cards.
  • Why are your prices lower than retail store prices?
    25Hours has a zero mark-up policy. We secure our merchandise straight from verified wholesale sources, and ensure our products are 100% authentic and brand-new.
  • Are non-members able to make a purchase via the eStore?
    No, the eStore is an exclusive privilege for our members.
  • How long does the time sales last?
    Our eStore’s time sales have different duration, so keep a look out on that.
  • What if an item is sold out? Will it be available again?
    25Hours does not guarantee the restocking of sold-out items. We sometimes curate limited-quantity items to cater to members who value exclusivity. At the same time, we strive to update our catalogue with new products weekly. View all our latest selections on our weekly members newsletter.
  • How do I earn 25Hours reward points?
    As a member, you can earn 25Hours reward points each time you make an estore purchase or hotel booking. For estore purchase, points will be credited into your account after 5 working days upon order completion. For hotel booking, your membership service consultant will record your points and you will receive your points within 5 working days after the completion of your trip.
  • What is the conversion rate for 25Hours reward points?
    1 point equals the value of SGD 1.
  • How do I use my 25Hours points?
    You can redeem your points upon checkout to offset your eStore purchases. Points can be used for full payment (if points are sufficient) or for partial payment. No points will be given for any purchase made fully or partially using 25Hours reward points. 25Hours reserves the right to adjust the maximum amount redeemable with points per purchase. 25Hours reserves the right to indicate items that can or cannot be purchased using points.
  • When do my 25Hours points expire?
    Points expire one year from the date of crediting into the member’s account. If your 25Hours membership expires, your balance points will be frozen for up to 3 months. If the membership is not renewed within 3 months, the points will be forfeited.
  • I'd like to change the delivery mode. How can I do so?
    To amend your delivery details, simply drop us an email at orders@25hrs.com.
  • How will I be refunded?
    All returns will be reviewed by 25Hours and we reserve all rights to approve or deny any return value. Should the return(s) be approved, 25Hours will offer either a full or partial refund back to your credit card.
  • I missed the delivery. How can I receive my item?
    In most cases, unsuccessful delivery attempts may be rearranged for redelivery by 3rd party delivery courier. Redelivery charges may apply. However, redelivery for food product(s) may not be possible in order to ensure the freshness of the product. We encourage you to have someone available at the registered delivery address and receive the delivery on your behalf.
  • How do I know if my order has been received? 
    You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. This email will also indicate that your order has been received by our system, to be processed before your item is shipped to you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Upon successful confirmation, you will not be able to cancel your order(s).
  • Can I change the details of my order after it has been placed?
    Orders are processed upon successful confirmation and we may not be able to change your order(s). Do double-check before placing your order(s). For more order enquiries, kindly drop us an email at orders@25hrs.com.
  • Will I be charged for shipping?
    For a minimum spend of below $100, a $12 delivery fee will be incurred. Selected merchandise will have shipping cost incurred.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We currently only ship to Singapore.
  • How long would it take for me to receive the item I've placed an order for?
    As 25Hours partners with both local and overseas suppliers, the delivery lead time may vary across different item(s). Do check on the estimated delivery lead time indicated in each individual product listing. For more enquiries, kindly contact us at orders@25hrs.com.
  • Can we bring friends to the events?
    Yes, members are allowed to bring up to 2 unique guests per month. Repeat guests are not allowed. However, priority will be given to members for allocation of slots for events.
  • Does your events require any payment fee to attend?
    25Hours does not charge members for access to its members-only events. From time to time, there are associated 3rd party fees (ticket cost, materials, bundled sets) which are passed on to members at no markups.
  • Who are your experts for your expert talks and what is the uniqueness of it?
    25Hours engages the best subject matter experts (locally and globally) to provide members with unique insights and access to a range of lifestyle, mental and professional topics. Events will be held virtually or physically, subjected to the current covid-19 SMM regulations.
  • How many events do you conduct in a month?
    25Hours holds 5-7 event sessions for our members. Some of those events have multiple date options to provide members with convenience.
  • What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
    Please contact the membership service team with regards to the cancellation. Terms and conditions and cancellation policies for each partner may apply.
  • As a member, can I attend all the events?
    Yes, as long as you are still a valid/active member at the time of the event registration. RSVP will be on a first come first serve basis.
  • Will my privileges expire?
    Privileges and any loyalty points will be valid for as long as your membership is active. After your current membership term, you may choose to renew your membership, where you will get to keep all privileges and points for another term. However, if you choose not to renew your membership at the point of expiry, but return at a later point, your privileges and any loyalty points in the original membership cannot be brought over. Privileges and loyalty points are non-transferable.
  • What kind of events does 25Hours host?
    25Hours' exclusive events range from private sales, exclusive access to brand partnered events and product launches, to a wide series of masterclasses (virtual / physical), networking sessions, education talks with global experts and many many more.
  • Is the access to major events such as Grammys and Coachella guaranteed?
    All global experiences are first-come-first-served and restricted by numbers. The earlier you confirm, the higher the chance of securing your access.
  • How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
    Our membership service team will contact you via your preferred mode of contact for the confirmation.
