The first edition of Arbikie Highland Rye, the first Scotch Rye Whisky made in over 100 years. Finished in Armagnac Casks and hand-signed by Iain Stirling, one of the distillery founders. Only 12 bottles were allocated to Singapore.

| Yamazaki 2020 Limited Edition 5 Bottle Set

Coming from a short and stout 480L American oak puncheons that are cooperated by Suntory themselves. Because of the low contact ratio of puncheons, maturity is slower, so Suntory says we can expect flavour closer to the original spirit.

| Fukukomachi 400th Anniversary Commemoration Junmai Daiginjo
 

A special masterpiece of sake, made from 100% supreme grade Yamada Nishiki varietal rice from Hyogo Prefecture, known as the pinnacle of sake rice. The rice is polished down to as low as 26%, a level never before attained at Kimura Brewery and meticulously brewed in small batches weighing 400 kg to match the number of years the brewery has been in operation.

 

The finished product is a sake of refined purity with a light umami of rice which harmonises with the other elements of flavour. The Kimura family crest placed at the centre of the label has been individually varnished by craftsmen of Kawatsura Lacquerware, a traditional handicraft of the Yuzawa region handed down over a period of 800 years. A Limited Production of 100 1.8L and 400 720ml bottles. Serving temperature: hanahie (50F range).

| Tatsuriki Junmai Daiginjo 20 in Gift Box

 

Made purely from Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Hyogo
Prefecture and polished to an RPR of 20%. The 20% has a special significance as this sake was brewed in 2016 to commemorate the 80th birthday of the Yamada Nishiki rice and so Tatsuriki intentionally polished off 80% of the rice grains.

 

A gentle, thick aroma worthy to be classified as the finest grade of Junmai Daiginjo, with a rich yet light taste. The umami is complex and cannot be summarised in a single word. It is an elegant yet solid Junmai Daiginjo with a straight core. A never been seen elegance from Tatsuriki can surely be felt from this bottle.

| Juyondai Ryusen Junmai Daiginjo

 

Juyondai is famous for its unique, fragrant and fruity aromas, as well as its very rich and concentrated flavour. The brewery also spends a lot of time and money in the development of new Sake Rice. Ryusen Junmai Daiginjou ⻰泉 also known as Da Ji Shang Zhu Bai ⼤极上诸⽩ is the best and highest grade among all.

 

This sake is brewed using the Tasuno Otoshigo “⻰之落之⼦” technique. To honour this technique which is unique to the Juyondai brewery, this bottle is named as ⻰泉. Polishing ratio is 35%, matured using the Shichidare Nijikkan “七垂⼆⼗贯” method.

| Juyondai Hakuun Kyorai Junmai Daiginjo

 

Juyondai is famous for its unique, fragrant and fruity aromas, as well as its very rich and concentrated flavour. The brewery also spends a lot of time and money in the development of new Sake Rice. This sake is a limited edition celebrating the 400th anniversary of the establishment of the brewery.

 

The name of the sake is taken from the Zen phrase “Qingshan Yuan will not move, and Baiyun comes from here.” 40% polishing rate, the method of “seven verticals and twenty crosses” is adopted, and it is matured at low temperature after brewing. Taste: Aroma of cantaloupe, mixed with aromas of pear and green apple.

| Glenallachie 10yo Cask Strength Batch #7 (700ml / 56.8%)

 

10-year-old single malt, The GlenAllachie 10-year-old Cask Strength Batch 7. The distiller’s notes for Batch 7 show that it clocks in at 56.8% ABV, without added coloring or chill filtration, and the cask strength spirit has notes of rich mocha, stewed plums, runny honey and cinnamon.

Walker said of Batch 7, “Every batch we create of our 10-year-old Cask Strength represents the direction in which we are taking The GlenAllachie.From the outset, our defined objective has been to achieve a bold and flavorful yet balanced spirit, predominantly matured in Sherry wood, but with interesting twists introduced by unusual cask types. The GlenAllachie 10-year-old Cask Strength Batch has 7 tasting notes: lashings of dark chocolate, figs and heather honey, with raisins, cinnamon, plums and hints of orange zest.”.
